We want to make getting your B10 Cooling System as smooth as sleeping on it. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, tracking, and delivery.

Shipped by Amazon Logistics

All orders are fulfilled and delivered by Amazon Logistics. This brings three big advantages:

  • Fast delivery: depending on product availability and destination, your order typically arrives in 2–7 days.
  • Free standard shipping: available on all products for standard deliveries (exceptions apply to items that, due to weight and/or volume, require an additional shipping surcharge).
  • Lower CO₂ footprint: by using Amazon’s optimized infrastructure and fleet, we reduce transport emissions and our overall environmental impact.

Don’t be surprised if your package arrives in Amazon-branded packaging — that’s by design, and it’s better for speed, reliability, and the planet.

Where We Ship

  • United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International: We ship to most countries worldwide. Options and costs (if any) are shown at checkout based on your address.

Note: Some remote regions may not be eligible for delivery. If you’re unsure, contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
  • During promotions, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

At checkout, you’ll see available services and estimated delivery times based on your location. Typical timeframes:

  • Standard (via Amazon Logistics): 2–7 business days
  • Express (where available): 2–4 business days
  • International Standard: 7–14 business days
  • International Express: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Customs inspections or carrier delays may extend transit time.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery: Free on all products.
  • Oversize/overweight items: a shipping surcharge may apply due to weight and/or volume (clearly shown at checkout).
  • Express options: additional fees apply and vary by region.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

  • USA: Sales tax is applied where required by law.
  • International: Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

We can’t predict or control these fees. Please check with your local customs office if you’re concerned.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can:

  • Click directly from the email to view live tracking updates.
  • Log into your Adamson account to see tracking and order history.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We want you to get your B10 in perfect condition. If something goes wrong:

  • Lost packages: if tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Damaged packages: take photos of the packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

Multiple Shipments

Sometimes we ship items separately to speed up delivery (e.g., if accessories and units ship from different warehouses). You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Changes & Cancellations

Need to change your shipping address? Email us right away at support@adamsonglobal.com with your order number.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.
  • If it’s already on its way, we’ll help redirect if possible (extra carrier fees may apply).
