This has been a lifesaver for me! My husband purchased this for me in August since I was having horrible issues with night-sweats. This has taken care of that. I really like that it has multiple temperature setting and you can make additional adjustments with-in those main settings.I did have an issue where the unit stopped cooling, but customer service was amazing! They responded immediately and I had a new cooler within a few days.I highly recommend this for anyone going through “the change”. Just amazing!

I would give this cooling system 10 stars if I could. It was very easy to set up. After filling the chamber with water the mat is cooled in about 15-20 minutes. There are four levels of cooling, at first I used level one but now that temperatures are below 100 consistently level 4 works great for me. The device is very quiet, on level one you hear a soft fan but that's it. This has made such a big difference in my sleep quality. I no longer wake up sweating in the middle of the night. Even my dog has discovered the cooling and now sleeps beside me every night.

Easy to install. Quiet (I was surprised.) Works amazingly well (surprised again). The settings allow me to make it really cold - set a timer. And I can have the cool fan blowing on me if I really need arctic air! I don't always write a review - but needed to for this product. Well worth it!
