We want you to love your B10 Cooling System. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right — fast.
1) Returns
Try it at home
Sleep on B10 risk-free for 60 nights. If it’s not a match, you can start a return within your trial window.
Return eligibility
To keep things safe and fair for everyone:
- Items must include all parts, accessories, and original packaging.
- The cooling pad must be clean and undamaged. (For hygiene and safety, heavily used/soiled pads may be refused.)
- Any bonus gifts must be returned or their value will be deducted from the refund.
- Final-sale and refurbished items (if offered) are not returnable unless defective on arrival.
How to start a return
- Email support@adamsonglobal.com with your order number.
- We’ll send a prepaid label (where available) and packing instructions.
- Ship your return within 30 days of receiving the label.
International returns: Prepaid labels may not be available in some countries; you may need to use a trackable service. Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method after inspection.
- Expect 3–10 business days for your bank to post the credit.
- Shipping fees, insurance, expedited options, and duties/taxes are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exchanges
Prefer an exchange (size/part upgrade)? We’re happy to help — this is often the fastest way to get you sleeping better again.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Snap a few photos of the box, packaging, and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace anything damaged in transit.
2) Warranty
Our promise
Your B10 is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for:
- Control Unit: 2 years
- Cooling Pad & Hoses: 2 years
What’s covered
- Pump, fan, and electronic failures due to normal use
- Weld/channel defects or seam separation on the pad
- Manufacturing defects identified upon delivery
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear (surface marks, minor discoloration)
- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper setup (e.g., essential oils/additives in reservoir, non-distilled water if required)
- Cuts, burns, pet damage, or punctures to the pad or hoses
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Commercial use unless expressly permitted in writing
How to file a warranty claim
- Email support@adamsonglobal.com with your order number and a brief description.
- Include photos/video showing the issue (and the unit’s serial label if visible).
- Our team will troubleshoot quickly. If the product is defective, we’ll arrange repair or replacement of the affected part.
In many cases, we can solve issues with a replacement component (e.g., pad, hose, or power supply) so you’re back to sleeping cool ASAP.
Replacement & shipping
- Approved warranty replacements ship at no cost to you in eligible regions.
- We may request the defective item be returned for inspection; if so, we’ll provide instructions.
- Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
3) Important Notes
- Order changes & cancellations: If you need to change your address or cancel, contact us ASAP. If the order has shipped, we’ll help with a return once delivered.
- Multiple shipments: Some orders ship in separate boxes (e.g., unit and pad). You’ll receive tracking for each.
- International duties & taxes: Collected by local authorities and not refundable by Adamson. For returns, check your customs office about potential recoveries.
